Overseer Valden was a Locust in charge of watching over the Locust Miners in the Hollow. He was also in charge of mapping out the Hollow and creating the designs for new tunnels. He would later be killed when a squad of Gears would enter the Hollows. One of the men, Clay Clargon, would be killed by Valden.
